Donation Requests

Events must meet the following criteria please:

  • Form must be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to the event date, using the form below

  • The event itself must be held within reasonable distance from our location

  • Events/organizations must support local causes

If all of these criteria match, donations will then be based on the following:

  • Our resources we have available based upon the request made. Please keep in mind we plan our giving budget at least 1-2 quarters in advance

  • The amount of previous donations we have committed to within a month's time will determine our ability to donate to your event or cause

If your donation request fits the criteria above, please fill out the donation request form below, and we will consider your request. You will be notified in 1-2 weeks if Chick-fil-A 124th and Capitol is able to donate. In case we are unable to donate to your event or cause, we hope you will kindly consider us in the future.
